Commissioned by the Addis Ababa Water and Sewage Authority (AAWSA), the 4B+G+25+Terrace Administration Office Building is a landmark development located in Addis Ababa city. Situated on a 10,894 m² site, the building offers a built-up area of 7,510 m² and an impressive total floor area of 117,582 m². This project was delivered with a budget of approximately 7.05 billion Birr.
