Commissioned by the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), the 3B+G+12 Facility Building alongside the B+ G + Mezzanine Warehouse and Ancillary Blocks represents a major infrastructure development in Addis Ababa City. Situated on a 25,000 m² site, the project comprises a high-rise facility building and extensive warehouse and support structures, designed to meet the bank’s operational, storage, and logistical needs.

Scope of Services: Our firm was responsible for delivering comprehensive architectural and project management services, including:

• Detailed design development tailored to the complex requirements of commercial facility and warehouse operations
• Construction supervision to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Contract administration to manage project timelines, budgeting, and coordination among contractors and stakeholders

• Facility Building (3 Basement + Ground + 12 Floors): A modern, multi-story building designed to accommodate offices, meeting rooms, and other support functions essential to CBE’s operations.
• Warehouse & Ancillary Blocks (Basement + Ground + Mezzanine): Efficient storage facilities with ancillary spaces to support logistics, inventory management, and operational workflows.
