Central Archive Building

Commissioned by the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE), the 2B+G+8+Terrace Central Archive Building is a state-of-the-art facility located in Addis Ababa. Designed to serve as the central archive for CBE, the building covers a site area of 2,102 m², with a built-up area of 1,328 m² and a total floor area of 16,200 m². The project was delivered with a total investment of 972,000,000 Birr.
